Are CGE-Commerce.com products real and legitimate?

Yes of course. We know that there is a lot of mistrust for online shopping, so we work seriously and responsibly to earn credibility and reputation to do business with our suppliers, manufacturers, partners and customers.

How to search products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search Bar at the top of any page. Try to enter a general description. The more keywords you use, the less products you will get in the results page. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

Tracking orders

CGE-Commerce.com follows up daily on all orders to ensure they reach their destination within the agreed time frame

Your tracking number  will be available 3 to 7 days after your purchase. If at the end of that period you still do not have this code, please let us know.

About lost products

Our products are shipped in various packages to streamline the process. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all your products at once. Those products will come in other packages within the established time frame.

Shipping times

The delivery time of the products sold by CGE-Commerce.com ranges from 20 to 35 days from the invoice date, since they are transported from our warehouses in China by land, air and sea. We know that this is a disadvantage for us, but at the same time you can benefit from much lower prices, compared to other online sales channels.

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on shipping method (air, sea or land) and product weight / volume. Different shipping companies have different rates, so it’s best to check and compare which is most affordable and economical. Modifications and Cancellations of orders

If you need to modify your order, you must contact us within 24 hours after placing your order so that we can take care of making the necessary changes.

  • Products in your order,
  • Your adress,
  • Your name and email,

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to do so. Please contact us immediately if that is the case. Once these 24 hours have elapsed, our team will have proceeded with the shipment and we will not be able to cancel it.

Your refund for cancellation will take between 2 and 5 working days depending on the method used for payment. In the case of Paypal, it will be instantaneous, while with credit / debit cards buyers will have to wait a little longer.

The product arrived damaged

Approximately 1 in 1000 products arrive spoiled due to the treatment received by the shipping companies.

Please, if that is your case, contact us also through the address that appears at the bottom of this page, including the following:

  • Your order number,
  • An image of the damaged product,
  • Once we have this information, we will send you a new one free of charge.

What is Buyer Protection?

Buyer Protection is a set of guarantees that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website.

You are protected when:

  • The item you ordered did not arrive within the time promised by the seller.
  • The item you received was not as described.
  • The item you received that was assured to be genuine was fake.
